Ontario Canada Human Rights Commission (HRC), a Girl can have a penis

Well, it is not quite that simple but I figured maybe a bold and obnoxious headline was due for this little tidbit. First, I do need to say that Ontario made it exceedingly difficult for even those with SRS to change a birth certificate but this decision by the Ontario HRC takes it too far. I may be in error here but I do believe transsexuals have had to deal Zucker and his ilk in Toronto if young so they deserve a merit badge for that.

The Commission handed done its decision on April 11, 20012 and the Government of Ontario has 180 days in which to reply with a new and improved process which I assume must allow females to have a penis. I do believe under Canadian Government Law they could pass another law that redefines the process and keeps the requirement of SRS but that is not something I am 100% sure of.

It is ironic that this Gay and Lesbian paper responded with such glee considering many of the lesbian women they represent find the thought of a lesbian with a functional penis obnoxious. As can be seen from this article this was a concerted effort by a Trans Activist group, seen in a photo, that represented the transgender point of view and nothing else. What a bevy of beauties that is and I do wonder how many a packing a penis and yes that was meant to be nasty if anyone has a doubt.

Like Autumn Sandeen the complainant had a bilateral orchiectomy because she got sick from the anti androgen blockers. Since Ontario has supposedly resumed paying for SRS it is apparent that the complainant has no intention of ever having SRS and in fact in a statement to a Psychiatrist stated she wanted to transition without any hormones or medications which I find odd but then I rarely trust what Psychiatrists say.

If you happen to read the entire decision like I did you will find something very interesting.  The only time transsexual is mentioned is generally when saying "transsexual surgery" and in all cases this was identified as a transgender case and a case concerning gender identity and gender expression and the primary mantra of the Transgender Borg that a female can have a penis.

This is the problem with Commissions and in particular Human Rights Commissions because they almost always are populated by very liberal people or despots like Gaddafi whose government was elected to the UN Human Rights Commission. This same HRC just praised Gadaffi as is pointed out in this article about such nonsensical praise from an HRC.

I am not in any way making the assertion that the Ontario HRC is this stupid but logic is not their bailiwick. A female does not have a penis and by changing a birth certificate that is what they are defining female as.  In fact I guess the birth certificate no longer defines ones sex characteristics at all.

I guess the question I have is who is on the commission and what is their agenda? The other issue was this came about because of the difficulty even transsexuals with SRS had in changing their birth certificates in Ontario and I wonder how much that had to do with Zucker and his clinic or even if it did.

The other problem is simple.  If this stands then it is another reason why transsexualism will never be recognized as a medical condition but then that has always been the position of the Transgender Borg. IF a transsexual can be cured then what the heck is someone that identifies as transgender? Certainly there wish is to be recognized as female with a penis which denigrates every female in the world but then men do not like to be denied their fantasies.

Even as I watch it happening... I still have a hard time believing they are so incredibly stupid as to think that their pushing this actually makes them women! Sure they will get their piece of paper, (suitable for framing, or wiping soiled areas of the body) but what they really have done is to codify the fact that they will NEVER be women! They are now and forever the sex they were born into, as are now our sisters and brothers... Sad.. so freaking sad!

They mentioned passports, and also finding some alternative third-party confirmation that a person is living in the gender they claim. As far as I know it is already like this for U.S. passports.

I was so happy to be able to send in a copy of my surgeon's letter and get my new passport with the coveted "F" on it once I completed my SRS. Now it makes me sick that these men claiming to be women think they don't need to do anything but change clothes and demand classification as female or they throw a public temper tantrum. Notice how it's always just one or two loudmouthed pricks (in every sense of the word) causing all this damage.

Between that pedophile pervert in Pittsburgh and now this, I do believe the world has gone completely mad. :(

Anonymous said...

The world has in fact gone completely mad. At this point I often wonder if it is not better to simply let the chips fall where they may and allow everyone to just take their chances.

After all, is that not always the way it has always been? I realize that this is a fatalistic view, but until our legislators grow the necessry backbone to stand up to these gay pandering media manipulators.

Outrages such as this and that situation at Pitt., are simply harbingers of things to come. The alternative is a serious backlash which just might include an intelligent conversation about the obvious differences between TS and TG. Think McClosky and Talaklova. I will not be holding my breath.

I think it is time to simply remove the sex box from all documents and Id's. I mean what is the sense of having it on a DL if F can be either female or father and M can stand for either male or mother?

Anonymous said...

We shouldn't be surprised, this is what the Tee-Gees and the lifestyle transvestites want. The Homosexuals back them because anything to mess up life for the straight people is fine by them.

Nothing new here, next the pedophiles will be fighting for the right to.........
Well you know where that is headed.

BINGO. The conversations are already happening, BTW. The ones I've been in on remind me of being in the old East Germany or Soviet Russia; everybody looks over their shoulder first, and then speaks their dissent quickly in hushed whispers. There must be blacklists, it's the only thing that would explain it.

What happened to 'sex' and 'gender' is not between our legs, but between our ears?

Anonymous said...

Badge of honor, DJ. BTW, if that liberal California university you mentioned earlier happens to have an iconic clock tower, I'd be willing to hook up for a coffee and a chat sometime.

Oh, point of order: A girl cannot have a penis, that is an oxymoron. The headline would more accurately be that transvestites can have obviously incorrect sex designations. Do they really think a single letter on a piece of paper is going to change how they're perceived? Madness.

-- A.R.

@Stephanie

Your sex is between your legs and in your brain. Gender is a cultural thing although you and your transgender pals would like that changed.

A female has a vagina and a male hopefully has a functioning penis. even the intersex choose one or the other sex.

Anonymous said...

It was "sex is between the legs, gender is between the ears" back in the day. (Gender Reassignment is impossible, and would be brain surgery if it were)

Now, regarding ID:

Your sex is recorded on the "sex" line of your ID.

Panty-check yourself if you are unclear as to your sex. If you really don't like what you find, there's an op for that. So, if you want your sex changed, get a sex change! It costs about $20,000 and requires you to prove that you're sane enough to sign the informed consent for it.

(Knowing that when you flip 'em over, boys have and outie and girls have an innie, is one of the "sanity checks" so I'll give you that one for free. But be warned that if you weren't a transsexual before you have that operation, it'll turn you into one. A "regretter" is nothing more than a transvestite who wanted to be transsexual, got his wish, and is now an FTM. Word to the wise for those in the pink fog: check yourself before you wreck yourself.)

Your "gender" is recorded in the photograph on your ID. If you don't like it, go back to motor vehicles and have them take another photo. It costs $31 in California, requires no explanation whatsoever, and they'll take a photo of a crazy person just as readily as a they'll take a photo of a sane one.

Any further ID-related questions?

It's all about 'trans'. This ill-defined catagory of people who are anything they claim to be and are demnding recognition of just that.

The right to those privileges available to those that have paid the price.

Are not the parallels to the Occupy Movement readily apparent. They, the occupiers want/demand what we have earned. they want those that have worked and earned to pay more so that they can have that to which they feel entitled but have not earned.

A simple case of the few plundering the many while at the same time the many plunder the few. These re te fruits of the perversion of "equality" of opportunity to mean an equality of results...and all in the name of "fairness".

Anonymous said...

Anon@4:22AM: Right there with you about Crockupy. Hey, can you pick a signature - anything at all, initials, ASCII art, whatever, so I know which anonymous you are from one convo to the next? Just a polite request.

Moving on, "Trans," in context, means "Change." As in, "The deal you thought you agreed to keeps changing after the fact."

These particular "trans" clowns have a unique feature in that not just do they keep changing their demands, but everything you gave them that was "all they needed" yesterday is a human rights violation today (you monster)! I see them as con men, nothing more or less. (Those two at Pitt are *obviously* con men; anyone accepting the older one as "trans" anything is either a tool or a dupe, but participating in the con either way IMO.)

Jumping to the meta, this was all openly disclosed on those campaign posters back in 2008 that simply said, "Change." The campaign logo was not the letter "O," but rather, the number zero. As in "The deal is going to change, and you will get nothing." Or "have nothing left afterward," as the case may be. (The observation of this back in 2008 when it mattered, made me a very unpopular person for a time.)

Which reminds me, anyone else notice that the "Celebrate Diversity" crowd doesn't tolerate any?

If you think these hippie liberal progressive socialist types with their "Visualize World Peace" buttons are all about love and kum-ba-ya and feeling groovy, try deviating from their slate card. Disagree with them about anything at all, and watch the violent ideations bubble forth. ("I'm not convinced that humans are the root cause of any climate change we might be experiencing." That one's usually good for a Godwin Award-winning death threat.)

Wow, that was a ham-handed "bad-jacketing" attempt. Not sure what the point of moderation is if such immoderate gibberish is let through, unless it was posted to show the "word salad" communication style of some opposition factions to the lurkers.

Since it was let through, also for the consideration of the lurkers, the "white supremacist" smear attempt is an example of the Godwin Award-winning responses to deviation from the slate card (aka "independent thought") that I was talking about. Given the nature of the bad-jacketing attempt, apparent deviation from the "blind faith in Dear Leader" portion of the slate card was likely the catalyst.

Also note the inability to comprehend an individual, as evidenced by the repeated attempts to assign me to a "group." This is an example of "group-think."

Unfortunately, this is not a random occurrence limited to individual online blog commenters who may or may not have other problems. "Group-think" is a recurring theme in real life, especially in the LGBT, where no one can hear you until you choose an identity from one of their lists, and preface your statements with things like "Speaking as a (externally-defined, LGBT-approved group label)...." You literally can never "find yourself" there, you can only become an "identity clone." This is how the pawns are manufactured.

[Side-point: The need to assign people to groups based on a common characteristic, rather than taking them as individuals to be judged on their own merit, is the definition of "bigotry." When the LGB/TG Borg tells you that a collective identity is necessary because "The Bigots See It As All The Same(tm)," they're putting it right in your face who the bigots are. It's full disclosure, satisfying the Principle of Fair Warning.]

Tying back to the post topic, if they can convince you that penises are female, they can convince you of anything, and then you're a pawn. Continuing the chess metaphor, pawns are expendable. Fair Warning delivered. (Though sometimes, on rare occasions, pawns can become queens. "The Pawn Who Would Be Queen." Interesting...)

Staying faithful to the thread title here; I should like to know exactly whom the members of the Canadian human rights council are. I should also like to ask them if they would be prepared to recognise the fruitloop who claimed to be Napoleon Bonaparte as the real Napoleon Bonaparte because that is how he identifies. Would they then be prepared to set him up in a palace on Elba where he belongs as said defeated General and Emperor. I doubt they could be so silly. So what is it that allows these people to arrive at the conclusions they do?

It's my belief that they don't accept that these characters such as those in the pictures in the previous essay are whom or what they say they are either but will it hurt if they allow it? Only a few "uppity women" and who cares about that? Men don't.

This is just one of the reasons why whenever the likes of Jenna, Kim Petras etc etc become public the TG Borg rush to absorb them even if they do not wish to be absorbed.

i don't get the judge's ruling. how can a requirement for appropriate genitalia be discriminatory for a changed birth certificate?

EVERY SINGLE PERSON born in pretty much anywhere in the world is visually inspected at birth to determine the gender on their birth certificate. the birth certificate is a record of PHYSICAL gender.

therefore, there is no discrimination involved in requiring physical gender to match what is on the birth certificate, nor is there discrimination in requiring surgery to get the certificate changed.

i hope this gets challenged. its a nonsense decision.

Anonymous said...

Not to be disrespectful here, but in the interest of clarity might we use the term 'sex' when referring to a persons's genitalia and 'gender' when referring to the social construct deemed appropriate to that sex/genitalia.

Might save a lot of arguements down the road.

Just a thought.

I wonder where all these "gender variant" people are.

I mean, last August I walked the entire length of Manahattan - seriously, on foot from 145th/10th Av., all the way to the Battery, and not even in a straight line at that - CCNY to Columbia to St. John's, then down Central Park West to pay my respects to Mr. Lennon at the Dakota, through the Park to come out at 5th Av. entrance on the South side, then zig-zagged through Hell's Kitchen to the High Line, then West Side Pedway/Bikeway to WTC.

Not the most efficient route, but efficiency wasn't the point. For this blog's purposes, the point is that I must have walked past literally a million people that day, and didn't see a one I'd describe as "gender variant." 150+ blocks through some of the most densely populated areas on Earth, and nothing but men and women the whole way.

So... who is everyone re-defining sex and building third bathrooms FOR? Do they even exist off-campus and outside the LGBT Centers?

There are many different definitions of sex. According to most cissexual people, sex is determined by genetics and/or genitalia at birth, and can never be changed. Therefore, all transwomen are men. Even Harry Benjamin held that view.

If you don't think that's correct, then you must argue why. And an argument that transwomen are born women and clearly show it throughout their lives, in their lived experiences, is clearly stronger than the very suspect notion that sex can be changed with surgery that even sex-fuelled mentally disordered people can sometimes get.

Anyone that sexually assaults a child has basically not a single right as far as I am concerned. The recidivism is incredibly high and this is a sex offender. That makes Paula officially a complete and total piece of shit.

I spanking on the but, I deserved every one I got, is not harmful as long as injury is not the intent.

My family rarely spanked us but when we got one we deserved it. Personally I am not in favor of it but it is no sexual assault under any circumstance.
